Hi Guys!
I'm Danie
I have always wanted to start my blog for years now, since 2012, but things always come up, whether it’s me being afraid of creating it, family issues, or juggling too many tasks at once, but I knew I was going to start. And now I’m doing it (yeaa!)
Here’s a bit of info about me:
I’m a mommy first, an educator, entrepreneur, blogger, wife, daughter and sister. And the best part of that is my 3 wonderful, amazing and energetic kids who mean the world to me.
I have a Bachelor in Math and a Masters in Education concentrating in Math. On my blog I will share the best tips on how to save money for rainy days, budgeting.
In addition to that, I love food and I have a passion for cooking, so I will be sharing great recipes, tips and tricks of how to handle the day to day activities of being a busy mom and how to sneak some time in for yourself.
I am taking a leap of faith to start my blog and I am super excited to start it with you all.
Being a mom
Becoming a mom is one of the best blessings in my life and I try everyday not to take it for granted.
I don’t know about you, but every other day I would watch videos of my kiddos when they were younger and that gives me so much peace and joy.
It’s an endless cycle of nurturing and guiding, teaching and learning. Every day brings new discoveries, from the wonder in their eyes as they explore the world to the pride that swells within you as they reach new milestones.
Above all, being a mom is about unconditional love. It’s the kind of love that knows no bounds, that stretches beyond measure, and that endures through every trial and triumph. It’s the love that shapes lives, builds futures, and leaves an indelible mark on the world.

- I am a proud left hander, even though I can hardly use a scissors
- I am from a big family, 5 sisters and 1 brother
- I was born in Kingston, Jamaica
- I love to eat good food and cook it too, yum!
