- ¾ tsp salt

- ½ Lemon
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken: Start by rinsing the chicken breasts in cold lemon water and patting them dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl season both chicken with avocado oil, garlic minced, unsalted butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, fresh parsley, chopped, and Lemon. Rest for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 400°F, next add chicken to bamboo skewers. Bake chicken for 20 minutes, once that 20 minutes is up, turn chicken on the other side and bake for another 5-10 minutes. While your chicken is baking, start making your paste, this will save you time.
